Anime "Fairy Tail - 100 Years Quest": The Latest Information
Since its announcement in 2021, fans have been eagerly awaiting news about the anime "Fairy Tail - 100 Years Quest." Today, the details are becoming clearer!
The anime is scheduled to air in Japan in July. Shinji Ishihira will serve as the chief director, with Toshinori Watanabe directing, Atsuhiro Tomioka writing the scripts, Yurika Sako handling character design, Yasuharu Takanashi composing the music, and the studio J.C. Staff producing the animation. Most of these talents have previously collaborated on works by Hiro Mashima, such as "Fairy Tail" and "Edens Zero." On the voice casting side, Tetsuya Kakihara, Aya Hirano, Rie Kugimiya, Yûichi Nakamura, Sayaka Ôhara, Satomi Satô, and Yui Horie will reprise their respective roles of Natsu, Lucy, Happy, Gray, Erza, Wendy, and Carla, which they already held in "Fairy Tail."
As a reminder, "Fairy Tail - 100 Years Quest" is the direct sequel to "Fairy Tail", a anime illustrated by Atsuo Ueda based on a scenario by Hiro Mashima. Published in Japan since 2018 with 16 volumes to its credit, it is also available in France from Pika Edition.
