Can I see my portrait before the final version?
Yes. You receive a preview within 48 to 72 business hours. You can ask for changes before we finalise — whether it is a manga portrait, a Simpsons-style portrait or a fantasy illustration.
Are revisions included?
One free revision is included with every order. Our artists adjust expression, colours, style or mood until you are fully satisfied. This applies to all universes — manga, cartoon, pop culture.
How long does it take?
Preview within 48–72 hours. For printed A3 posters or Displate frames, allow 5 to 7 additional business days.
What photo should I send?
A clear, well-lit, front-facing photo, without filters if possible. The clearer the photo, the more accurate the likeness — whether it is a manga, Simpsons or Harry Potter portrait.
Can I include multiple people or a pet?
Yes — couple, family, friends, up to 4 people on the same portrait. Send one photo per person. Works for all styles: manga, cartoon, series, fantasy, gaming.
